A: Yes. Our collection includes designs for living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, hallways, and workspaces. Each product page includes recommendations and dimensions to help you choose the right piece for your space.

Q: Do your lights require professional installation?
A: Some ceiling lights and pendants may require installation by a certified electrician. We include clear installation instructions and are happy to offer guidance upon request.

Q: Are bulbs included with the lights?
A: Some lights include bulbs, while others require you to purchase them separately. Please refer to the “What's Included” section on each product page for specifics and recommendations.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We offer delivery within the UK and to many international destinations. If you don't see your country listed at checkout, please contact us — we may be able to arrange special delivery.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • UK: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • International: 5–10 business days, depending on location

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.

Q: Is shipping free?
A:

  • UK orders: £5.99 flat rate, free shipping on orders over £50

  • International orders: £20 flat rate, free shipping on orders over £250

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Absolutely. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at support@6tbv6.com with your order number and the reason for return — we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. We provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement depending on your location, so returning is simple and stress-free.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
